Domestic Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours from time of receipt, except if placed Friday after 12 noon EST through Saturday. Shipping times will vary based on location. All items are shipped from Lewisberry, PA and may take up to 5 days to arrive.

All packages sent via USPS will have a tracking number assigned and a tracking email will be sent once shipped. For questions, our Consumer Care email is available Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. You can reach us at hello@darkfoxdesign.com

Dark Fox Design is not liable for any lost shipments. The consumer is responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost or undelivered shipments directly with USPS.

Dark Fox Design reserves the right to cancel or modify any order.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States

Dark Fox Design is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.

P.O. Boxes and Military Shipping

Dark Fox Design can not currently shipping to PO or APO/FPO Boxes.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date that you purchase it. To be eligible for a return at Dark Fox Design, the product that you purchased must be unused, still in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased it.
We require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

Refunds

Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item.
If we approve your refund, we will refund it to the original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in a number of days.
